Welcome to Petal Pioneer. By accessing or booking through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and joyful experience for both you and our studio.

Service Provided

We offer handcrafted floral rentals andcustomer art pieces for events and personal use. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment and booking details.

Rental Terms

-Rentals include setup and breakdown within the agreed time window

- Standard rental duration is up to 4-6 hours unless otherwise arranged

- Outdoor rentals must be protected from weather; paper florals are not weatherproof

- Clients are responsible for the safe use and return of all rental items

Payment & Booking

- Full Payment is required to secure your booking

- Accepted payment methods include (via credit card, in person cash payments, or PayPal)

- Prices are subject to change but will be honored once your booking is confirmed

Cancellations & Refunds

- More than 7 days before event: Full refund minus $25 booking fee

- Less than 7 days: 50% refund

- Within 48 Hours: No refund

- Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, based on availability

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or delays caused by weather, venure restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to accommodate and communicate clearly.
